With all that they do for their customers, MBS Direct employees have earned some time to reward themselves. So in order to do that, MBS Direct put together Employee Appreciation Week from Oct. 6-10, which consisted of a different theme for each day. The week started off with Monday's Wear Your Favorite T-Shirt or Sweatshirt Day, where employees got a chance to ease into the week that celebrated them.

On Tuesday, things got kicked up a notch as the staff participated in a Workout themed day. Employees were encouraged to wear their exercise gear, and they even took a stroll around the MBS property.

Wednesday doubled as Vacation Day. Employees wore their favorite tropical or vacation attire, and were provided with a vacation-inspired lunch, which everyone enjoyed.

Customer Service Appreciation Week then continued on with, what else, Throwback Thursday. So not only did employees get a change to wear their clothes from years gone by, but there was even a contest to determine who wore it best, which had the extra value of benefitting a local food bank. Employees had the choice of providing either a cash donation or canned good in order to vote for best costume. As a group, they collected over $50 and three boxes of canned goods, while client representative Laura Harmon took home the title of best dressed.Throwback

Finally, the week wrapped up on Friday with Tailgate Day. Employees got to sport the gear of their favorite team, and everyone contributed to a potluck tailgate where employees brought in their favorite tailgate snacks.

All in all, it turned out to be a very successful Customer Service Appreciation Week. Just about every employee got involved in the activities, which only made things better for the group as a whole. The participation and enthusiasm that the team showed is exactly what makes them so good at their jobs!
