Soon, MBS Direct’s partner schools will have an opportunity to help us improve.
Requests for partnership reviews will be going out in early September. School officials can expect their Account Manager to get in touch to schedule a meeting on campus or a conference call for everyone to attend and discuss how things are going.
“We are looking to get feedback from our partner schools by reviewing the performance of the Online Bookstore, making sure we are meeting student and administration expectations, discussing the school's goals on campus and with their course materials partner and industry and student trends,” said Kelly Jones, Director of Client Services. “We discuss what went wrong, what went right and how we can improve the experience for parents and students going forward.”
Reviews can take anywhere from 30 minutes to three hours depending on if there are faculty presentations involved. Reviews usually include reports on Online Bookstore performance and information on MBS services, but are driven around generating quality conversations on how MBS can better serve its schools.
Kelly added that MBS holds the partnership reviews “to be the best partner we can be to these institutions and help them achieve student retention and positive experiences.”
“Our partners should want to do this so they can share with us what they need from us, both short term and long term,” she said. “We cannot improve and adjust our services without their feedback.”
