MBS Direct has a long and distinguished history of making course material delivery convenient for schools and students alike. With each new development, we hope to make the student experience even more convenient, and we believe that this latest set of improvements will do just that.

The MBS Direct Online Bookstore is rolling out some great features that make finding and accessing digital content faster and easier for students. Starting in February, they will be able to access all of that content in one place.

These improvements are concentrated on your students’ Digital Content page within the Online Bookstore. With our latest updates, each student will have a Digital Content Shelf where they can find their access codes and their eBooks, both Vital Source and iBooks. The new Digital Content Shelf will also provide a launching point to publisher platforms for K-12 access codes that require instructor set-up.

Students have long been able to access their eBooks from the Digital Content Shelf, but with this change, it’s now much easier for students to redeem access codes. The code is revealed to the student, and then the appropriate site is launched for the student to redeem the product and access their content. Once the code is redeemed, the student can access the content directly from his or her Digital Content page. No more managing multiple URLs for different platforms!

Finally, for additional convenience, digital content purchased from MBS Direct can be accessible via your school's LMS through LTI integrations.
